SUPPORT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A COFFEE GRINDER FOR A MOBILE SHOP
ASSOCIATION OF WOMEN COFFEE GROWERS AND FARMERS OF COLOMBIA ANCAC is a group led by 43 women coffee growers from the municipality of Rio Frio in the department of Valle del Cauca.
One of the characteristics of these women is leadership focused on innovation through coffee entrepreneurship. This initiative contributes to the consolidation of the mobile coffee shop, in which the group has been working for a year and a half, by strengthening the quality of the coffee produced through its modernization and application of good practices, achieving a quality grade.
Additionally, they managed to consolidate and register their coffee brand and have been promoting it in local markets. They have managed to acquire the vehicle in which they are carrying out the assembly of the store and today they are training with the national apprenticeship service in specialty coffees.
With your help, the association will be able to strengthen the infrastructure of its mobile coffee shop by providing equipment to grind coffee that they produce on their farms and sell in their mobile shop through different types of preparations that require different grinding styles.
